Fatal Rollover SUV Collision Caused by Hit-and-Run on Highway 99, near Visalia

On Monday, November 13th, 2017, a hit-and-run SUV collision ended fatally, near Visalia.  The Tulare County rollover car accident happened on Highway 99, at about 1:30 AM.

Ashlyn Reed was driving a gold Subaru Sport Utility Vehicle on the southbound 99 freeway, with five passengers.  A suspected green Chevy or GMC SUV sideswiped the Subaru, causing Reed to lose control.

The SUV swerved then overturned multiple times.

Two of the passengers; Michelle Roberts and Matthew Shipley, who were both originally from Tennessee, died at the scene.

Authorities have not apprehended the suspect of the other vehicle yet.

Our condolences go to the family and friends of the victims.  Please give me a call, Attorney John Rozier. 559-713-0159 or online.  My firm is located in Visalia, on Caldwell Avenue.
