Four Killed in Bakersfield Semi Truck Crash on Rosedale Highway & Nord Avenue

Central California Wrongful Death Attorney John Rozier has the following accident report; On Tuesday, August 22, 2017, four people were killed in a semi truck collision, in Bakersfield.  The Kern County big rig crash occurred on Rosedale Highway, at around 11:20 PM.

An automobile, driven by Mark Hoyt, 27, was headed north on Nord Avenue.  At the intersection of Highway 58, the car failed to stop at the stop sign.  The vehicle crashed into a tractor-trailer and got lodged underneath.

Hoyt and his girlfriend; 24-year-old Lacey Lynn McQuilliams, and two other passengers died at the scene.

The driver of the semi was not hurt.
