On Monday, April 3, 2017, a rollover car collision happened in Lemoore. The Kings County van crash occurred on Highway 41, at around 6:20 AM.
A 21-year-old Watsonville man was driving a 2017 Honda headed westbound on Jackson Avenue, nearing Highway 41.
At the intersection, the Honda did not stop at the posted sign and collided into a 2003 Chevy.
The two vehicles came to a stop in a nearby dirt field, and the van in the accident caught fire.
The 43-year-old driver of the Chevrolet suffered major injuries. A male passenger in the Honda suffered severe injuries, as well. Both victims were airlifted to Community Regional Medical Center, in Fresno.
The driver of the Honda, and two other passengers, sustained minor to moderate injuries and were also taken to local hospitals for treatment.
Investigation is needed to determine whether the vehicle malfunctioned, or whether road conditions may have contributed to the accident. Please give Attorney John Rozier a call at 559-713-0159, or reach our firm online.
