An update to the fatal tanker truck crash which happened on Tuesday, February 7, 2017, in Madera County, during the morning hours.  The 2-car accident claimed the life of another victim.  The two victims have now been identified.

At that time a 2008 Ford f-350 Ag tanker truck, driven by Guadalupe Gonzalez, was eastbound on Ave 14.  The pickup truck did not have a stop sign at the intersection when Olson pulled out directly into its path.

The truck broadsided the Crown Victoria on the passenger side.

Lloyce Olson died at the scene of the incident.

Wilbur Olson suffered fatal injuries.  He was transported by helicopter to Community Regional Medical Center where he died just before 2:00 PM.

Gonzalez sustained minor injuries and was taken to Madera Community Hospital.
