San Joaquin Valley Automobile Accident Lawyer John Rozier has the subsequent update; On Monday, January 16, 2017, a drunk driving crash killed a bicyclist, in Bakersfield.  The Kern County hit-and-run SUV collision occurred on Golden State Avenue, at around 9:30 PM.

The SUV then fled the scene.  Giomarra was found and arrested on charges of DUI and felony hit-and-run.

Holder suffered fatal injuries and was taken to Kern Medical Center.  She died two days later on January 18th, in the hospital.

The Law Firm of Nelson and Rozier handled a similar case arising from August 23, 2013, when a Fresno police car ran over a man on a bicycle named Angel Toscano.

In that case, we were able to download the event data recorder from the police cruiser to determine pre-accident speed and acceleration of the car.
