San Joaquin Valley Automobile Accident Lawyer John Rozier has the following update: On Sunday, November 27, 2016, a motorcyclist was killed in a collision in Fresno. The SUV crash happened on the Highway 180 and 41 interchange, at about 6:00 PM.
A 25-year-old man was riding a Kawasaki motorcycle headed west on State Route 180, on the ramp to northbound SR 41. Authorities reported that the cyclist was traveling at high rates of speed.
The man lost control of the bike and crashed into a guardrail and was ejected onto the freeway.
Juan Hernandez, 25, was driving an SUV westbound on Hwy 180 and didn’t see the cyclist. The Sport Utility Vehicle struck him in the roadway.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene of the collision.
The police report may take several weeks to prepare. In the meantime, we can probably obtain a cover sheet of the accident report for the family of the deceased. Please let Mr. Rozier help. Call him at 559-713-0159, or contact us on the web.
