September 23, 2016- A rollover car collision ended in fatality on Friday, in Fresno County. The vehicle crash occurred on Highway 198, west of Coalinga, at around 1:30 PM.
A 49-year-old female was driving a 2009 Pontiac G6. The sedan was traveling west on State Route 198, at about 60-65 mph.
Just east of Crump Lane, the driver lost control and struck a dirt embankment on the north end of the roadway.
The automobile then overturned and the woman was partially ejected. She died at the scene.
A 2-year-old boy was also in the vehicle. He suffered minor injuries and was transported to Coalinga Regional Medical Center, for treatment.
