Visalia Accident Attorney John Rozier has the subsequent collision report; On Tuesday, September 20, 2016, a fiery semi truck crash killed one, in Fresno County. The big rig accident happened in Selma, on Highway 99 and Highland Avenue, at about 6:30 AM.
A tractor-trailer, carrying orange juice, was driving on the northbound Hwy 99 freeway. For an unexplained reason, as the semi traveled on the overpass of Highland Avenue, the vehicle swerved to the right, and off the road.
The big rig fell several feet off the highway to the roadway below and then burst into flames.
There were no other vehicles under the overpass at the time of the crash. But several cars in the area were hit by some of the debris.
The driver of the truck was pronounced dead at the scene.
No other injuries have been reported.
