Visalia Personal Injury Lawyer John Rozier has the following accident update; On Saturday, July 23, 2016, a vehicle collision left five people hurt, in Tulare County. The car crash occurred near Porterville, on Avenue 128 and Road 208, at about 9:25 AM.
Mikayaly Cabias, 21, of Las Vegas, was driving a 2015 Kia automobile, headed west on Ave 128. The Kia was also carrying passengers; Maeganne Cabias, 19, Fema Cabias, of Porterville, and Brandie Tomas, 21.
At the intersection of Road 208, the Kia drove directly into the path of a 2011 Chevrolet, driven by Cheyenne Mason, of Springville. The Chevy had been southbound on Road 208, when the vehicles collided at the intersection.
The front of the Chevrolet crashed into the right rear of the Kia.
Maeganne Cabias was reported to not have been wearing a seat belt. She was ejected from the car. She suffered serious injuries and was taken to Kaweah Delta Medical Center, in Visalia.
Fema Cabias sustained moderate injuries. Mikayaly Cabias, and Brandie Tomas, sustained minor injuries. They were all transported to the Visalia hospital as well.
Mason suffered moderate injuries. She was taken by ambulance to Sierra View District Hospital, in Porterville.
The collision remains under investigation.
