Attorney John Rozier, Car Accident and Wrongful Death Lawyer, has the following report; On Sunday, July 17, 2016, an SUV collision ended in fatality for a juvenile victim, in Tulare County. The automobile crash occurred east of Visalia, at State Route 198 and Road 196, at around 9 PM.
Leticia Ramirez, of Woodlake, was driving a 2009 Nissan Versa, with two children, including 17-year-old Rosa Perez. The Nissan was traveling eastbound on Highway 198.
The car attempted to make a lefthand turn onto Road 196. At that time Ramon Garcia, was driving west on the highway in a Chevrolet Tahoe.
Garcia tried to brake in time, but was unable to, and the SUV broadsided the Versa.
An 8-year-old little girl in the Nissan was pronounced dead at the scene of the traffic accident.
Perez and Ramirez suffered minor injuries.
Socorro Garcia, an occupant in the Chevy, and the driver both sustained injuries. They were taken to Kaweah Delta Medical Center, in Visalia.
