Central California Car Collision Attorney John L. Rozier has the following report; On Saturday, April 30, 2016 two juvenile brothers were fatally wounded in a vehicle accident. The Fresno County automobile crash happened north of Raisin City, on Henderson Road.
Merrick Asher, 17, and Mason Asher, 15, along with two other occupants, were traveling on Henderson Road, in a silver Pontiac Grand Am.
The driver of the Pontiac failed to stop at a posted sign at the intersection of West Lincoln Avenue. The car was broadsided by a Chevrolet S-10 truck that was carrying a family of three, on Lincoln Ave.
Merrick and Mason Asher were pronounced dead at the scene of the collision. The other two victims in the car sustained injuries and were transported to a local hospital.
A young boy in the Chevy pickup also suffered injuries. He was taken by ambulance to the hospital as well.
