Central California Wrongful Death Attorney John Rozier has the following accident report; On Saturday, March 26, 2016, two victims were killed in a drunk driving collision, in Tulare County. The SUV crash happened at Spacer Drive and Avenue 200, at about 10:00 PM.
George Espinosa Jr., 42, of Las Vegas was driving a 2012 Honda Pilot southbound on Spacer Drive, with passengers; Charlotte Espinosa, 42, Jamie Espinosa, 10, and Angelita Espinosa, 69.
At the same time Cheyenne Wyllie, 25, of Exeter, was traveling in a 2013 Ford Edge SUV, headed west on Avenue 200. At the intersection of Ave 200 and Spacer Drive, the Sport Utility Vehicle ran the posted stop sign.
The Ford crashed into the Honda, hitting the driver’s side.
Jamie suffered fatal injuries and died in the hospital, after being rushed to Tulare Regional Medical. Her grandmother, Angelita Espinosa, died at the scene of the collision.
George Espinosa suffered serious injuries. He was airlifted to Kaweah Delta Medical, and then transfered to Community Regional Medical Center, in Fresno. He was listed as still in critical condition.
Charlotte Espinosa suffered minor to moderate injuries and was taken by ambulance to Tulare Regional Medical Center. She has since been discharged.
Cheyenne Wyllie was also hurt. She was taken to Kaweah Delta Medical Center in Visalia. She has now been arrested for driving while under the influence of alcohol.
