Central California Wrongful Death Attorney John Rozier has the following accident report; On Thursday, January 28, 2016, a tractor-trailer collision led to the death of one victim, in Tulare County. The fatal medical transport van crash was a result of dense fog in the area, on Road 44 and Paige Avenue, at around 9:30 AM.
A milk tanker truck was headed east on Avenue 216/Paige Avenue. At the same time a medical transport van with four occupants, was westbound on Ave 216.
The van attempted to make a left-hand turn at the intersection of Road 44, and crashed with the big rig.
A female passenger, who was in the transport van, died at the scene of the accident.
The three other occupants of the van sustained minor to moderate injuries. They were taken by ambulance to Tulare Regional Medical Center.
Authorities said that the crash was fog-related.
The police report may take several weeks to prepare-in the meantime we can probably obtain a cover sheet of the accident report for the family of the deceased.
