Bike and Auto Collision on Noble Avenue and Mooney Boulevard, in Visalia

On Sunday, January 10, 2016, a multiple vehicle collision occurred in Visalia.  The Tulare County traffic accident involved 2 cars and a bicycle, at approximately 1:30 PM.

A red Toyota, driven by Naomi Figueroa, was headed east on Noble Avenue.  At the intersection of Mooney Boulevard, the Camry collided with a 2003 Mercedes that had been traveling south.  The Mercedes was driven by Ramiro Reyna.

The Toyota then hit a 15 year old bicyclist that was on the southeast corner of Mooney Boulevard.

The teenager suffered severe injuries.  He was taken to Kaweah Delta Medical Center, in Visalia.

Issues still remaining to be investigated include determining the speeds of the automobiles, whether road conditions may have contributed to this accident, and whether the facts of this accident as reported are accurate.
