Tulare County Personal Injury Lawyer John Rozier has the following collision update; On Sunday, January 10, 2016, a teenager was hit in a car crash, in Visalia.  The 3-vehicle accident happened at around 1:30 PM, at Noble Avenue, and Mooney Boulevard.

Naomi Figueroa, was driving a red Toyota Camry eastbound on Noble Avenue.  At the same time, Ramiro Reyna, was driving a 2003 Mercedes automobile southbound on Mooney Boulevard.  At the intersection, the two cars crashed.

Upon impact the Camry swerved across the roadway, and struck a teenaged boy, that had been riding a bicycle.  The 15 year old had been on the southeast corner of Mooney Blvd, when the incident occurred.

The bicyclist sustained major injuries and was taken to Kaweah Delta Medical Center, for treatment.

His condition is unknown.

The Law Firm of Nelson and Rozier is currently handling a similar case arising from August 23, 2013, when a Fresno police car ran over a man on a bicycle named Angel Toscano.

In that case we were able to download the event data recorder from the police cruiser to determine pre-accident speed and acceleration of the car.
