Tulare County Motorcycle Crash, near Goshen Ends Fatally, on Avenue 304

Central Valley Wrongful Death Lawyer John Rozier has the following update: On Wednesday, October 28, 2015, a motorcycle collision occurred in Tulare County.  The car crash ended in fatality for a Hanford man, near Goshen, at Avenue 304.

The 65 year old man was traveling on a 2015 Harley Davidson, headed eastbound on Avenue 304.

A 2012 Honda Accord, driven by Anna Gomez, 21, of Visalia, was traveling north on Road 52.  At the intersection of Ave. 304 and Rd 52, the Honda failed to stop.

The automobile crashed with the motorcycle, and the Hanford biker was thrown from the Harley.  The impact also sent the car into a nearby field.

The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.

Injuries for Gomez were not reported.

The police report may take several weeks to prepare-in the meantime we can probably obtain a cover sheet of the accident report for the family of the deceased.  Please give Mr. Rozier a call at 559-713-0159, or contact him online.
