October 5, 2015- Jessie Lee Gallagher was killed while riding his motorcycle on Highway 198, on Monday.  The Kings County big rig accident happened west of the Lemoore Naval Air Station, at around 1:20 PM.

Jessie Gallagher, of Idaho, who was stationed at the NAS Lemoore base, was driving a 2000 Yamaha motorcycle east on State Route 198.  A Peterbilt semi truck entered the highway from Jameson Avenue, and the bike hit the back of the rig.

The motorcyclist was thrown from the Yamaha, upon impact with the tractor-trailer.  Gallagher was pronounced dead at the scene of the collision.
