Visalia Nursing Home LawyerJohn Rozier has the following accident report; On Tuesday, August 19, 2014,  a SUV accident kills a 26 year old Tulare man.  The vehicle collision occurred on Highway 198, near Three Rivers.

The driver was traveling eastbound in a 1996 Chevy Tahoe, east of Horse Creek.  It is reported he was not wearing his seat belt, and was driving at about 55 miles per hour.

The Sport Utility Vehicle swerved to the right off the road, for an unexplained reason.  The Chevrolet then collided with a rocky outcropping on the side of the roadway.  The crash caused the Tahoe to overturn, and come to rest on its left side, blocking the eastbound lane of Highway 198.

The Tulare man was partially ejected from the vehicle.  He was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.
