March 14, 2014- On Friday a vehicle was struck by a hit and run driver in Fresno, California, and caught on fire.  The accident happened at about 2:50 PM.

A Mitsubishi Lancer was driving on the Highway 180 connector ramp to Highway 41, when it was hit in the back by another car that just drove off after striking it.

The Lancer flipped onto its side and caught on fire.  The three people in the Mitsubishi were able to get out of the car, before anyone was hurt.  But a pregnant woman, in her 20’s was taken to the hospital for observation.
