Visalia fatalities at Akers and Caldwell

March 31, 2011--Very little is yet known about yesterday's triple fatality motor vehicle accident in Visalia.  The three car accident was at Akers and Caldwell involving a Volvo, a chevy sedan and an SUV hauling a trailer. Before the vehicles are repaired, issues to be investigated include the speed of each vehicle as recorded in the air bag black boxes, skid mark analysis, survey of the area for witnesses, etc.  On a multiple fatality crash such as this the police report will not likely be ready for several weeks. Please call us if you would like our engineer to get busy figuring this case out.  We are located on Caldwell Avenue in Visalia just one mile from this accident scene.  Attorney John Rozier  559-713-0159.  /
