On May 13 Paul Allen Molder was killed in a wrongful death accident on Highway 99. Reportedly molder's Ford Explorer drifted off the on ramp at Avenue 17 and rolled over. Molder was not wearing a seat belt and was thrown from the vehicle. He came to rest in a nearby parking lot and was declared dead at the scene of the accident. www.nelsonrozier.com--------

March 19, 2010--Yesterday's head-on crash in Raymond in Madera County injured 7. Two of the victims had injuries severe enough to warrant being airlifted to the hospital. The collision occurred at Road 600 and Road 407. Early reports do not mention whether alcohol may have been involved.Only from a download of the air bag event data recorders or black boxes together with having an engineer measure skids, etc. can all of the facts be known. On March 2 three children were killed in a wrongful death accident on Avenue 7 1/2 west of Road 9 in Madera County. Reportedly the children's father, Aref Kareem Mohamed, was the driver of the vehicle involved in a head-on collision. The children, Ahmaed-6, Gahassan-6, and Fatima-3, were passengers in the Chrysler van traveling westbound on Avenue 7 1/2 when the van went off the road, over corrected, and hit an eastbound Toyota Corolla. The father was wearing a seat belt and was not injured in the accident. The children were not wearing seat belts and were all killed in the accident. The occupants of the Corolla all suffered injuries ranging from minor to major. Aref Kareem Mohamed is being charged with driving under the influence, child endangerment, and DUI with gross negligence. The Mohamed family are residents of Firebaugh. www.nelsonrozier.com--------

On February 18 two cars were involved in a head-on collision on Avenue 6 near Madera. Reportedly the accident was due to the fog. There were only minor injuries as a result of the accident. Motorists are cautioned to drive extra slowly and avoid sudden moves when driving in the fog. /--------

On February 10 Kenneth Raymond Mueller was killed in a wrongful death accident on Road 26 near Madera. Reportedly Mueller's vehicle hit large rocks along the embankment of Road 26, south of Avenue 20 1/2. A cause of the accident has not been reported and alcohol does not seem to be a factor. /--------

January 25, 2010--Last Monday's motor vehicle accident in Madera started when a Honda Accord automobile ran a red light at the intersection of Lake and Yosemite striking a car with two occupants who were both transported to Madera Community Hospital in Madera. The passenger fractured her leg.Issues to be resolved include whether the hit and run driver can be found, whether the innocent vehicle carried uninsured motorist coverage and whether the speeds of each car can be determined from the evidence. On January 18 an accident on Highway 99 at Highway 145 in Madera caused part of Highway 99 to be closed for about three hours. The accident involved multiple vehicles and caused traffic to be backed up for several miles. It is unknown the extent of any injuries of persons involved in the accident. /--------

January 15, 2010--According to The Fresno Bee, several fog related traffic accidents occurred yesterday morning in and around Fresno. A major injury accident at Highway 145 and Shaw Avenue was reported by the CHP. Visibility was limited to 600 feet. A motorcycle was struck by a vehicle leaving the motorcycle rider with major injuries treated at Fresno Regional Community Medical Center.Elsewhere, a crash involving a big rig and at least one other vehicle took place at Road 9 and Highway 152 northwest of Madera.--------
