On November 26 Justin Spisak was towing a trailer with a Chevy Trailblazer in San Luis Obispo County near Atascadero when he lost control of the vehicle and rolled into a ditch. Spisak declined medical help, but was found dead on Friday morning. Spisak went to bed Thursday night in the home of a co-worker and never woke up. The Trailblazer he was driving was not registered under his name. It is possible that he was on the job when the accident happened. It is unclear why Spisak denied medical help.
