Fresno, Visalia, Bakersfield Collision Attorney John L. Rozier has the following report; On Friday, June 30, 2017, a tractor accident ended in fatality for two women, southwest of Kingsburg. The Fresno County vehicle crash happened on Elkhorn Avenue, at around 4:54 AM.
Michelle Tamayo Ruiz, 22, of Hanford, was driving a Chevy Cruze, with passenger Daisy Pahua-Martinez, of Riverdale. The Chevrolet was traveling eastbound on E. Elkhorn Avenue, near South Dewolf Avenue, when is smashed into the back of a tractor carrying a spray rig.
The tractor had been driving at 10 miles per hour, and did not have a rear light or triangle reflector, when the car rear-ended it.
Ruiz and Pahua-Martinez were pronounced dead at the scene.
