Fresno, Visalia, Bakersfield Collision Attorney John L. Rozier has the following accident report; On Tuesday, July 5, 2016, a wrong-way driver caused a multi-car collision on Highway 99.  The fatal vehicle accident occurred near the Clovis Avenue exit, at around 8:30 PM.

The CHP reported that a Fresno man, 31, was driving a 1999 Cadillac south in the northbound lanes of the Hwy 99 freeway.

John Mulhollen, of Clovis, was driving a Nissan on the highway, and tried to swerve out of the way of the Cadillac.  The Nissan was not able to avoid a collision, and the car overturned.
