On Friday, April 15, 2016, or Saturday, the 16th, an automobile accident took place in Visalia, near Mt. Whitney High School. The vehicle crash occurred at Westcott Avenue, and Oak Park Street, at around 3:45 PM.
Authorities reported that the Central Visalia accident happened just south of Highway 198, at the intersection of Oak Park St., and Westcott Ave. It involved two vehicles.
Upon impact, one of the cars overturned, and one occupant was pinned inside their vehicle until emergency personnel could free the victim.
Two people were injured, and were transported to Kaweah Delta Medical Center, for treatment.
There are conflicting reports on whether the incident happened on Friday or Saturday.
