Motorcyclist Died in Hospital After Bike Crash in Bakersfield, on Coffee Road

Victim died in the hospital a week after motorcycle collision, which occurred on Friday March 18, 2016.  The vehicle accident happened in Northwest Bakersfield, on Coffee Road, at approximately 9:40 PM.

Two motorcyclist were traveling southbound on Coffee Road.  At the 4300 block of Coffee, one biker struck the back tire of the other motorcycle.

Aaron Scott Mathewson, 41, suffered severe injuries and was transported to Kern Medical Center.  He died a week later on Friday March 25th.

A male driver and female passenger of the other motorcycle sustained minor injuries, after being ejected from the bike.
