Fresno, Visalia, Bakersfield Wrongful Death Attorney John L. Rozier has the following accident report; On Monday, December 14, 2015, a multiple vehicle accident ended in a double fatality. The car accident was reported to have been caused by a drunk driver. The incident occurred in Fresno County, near Selma, at around 1:30 PM.
A red Ford F-150 pickup was traveling eastbound on Rose Avenue, when, at the intersection of Academy Avenue, a white Ford F-250 ran a stop sign and T-boned the truck.
The white truck then crashed into a silver Chevrolet Traverse that had been stopped at the sign on Academy Ave.
After the initial crash, the red pickup truck overturned and then caught fire.
Two men, in their 30’s, were in the Ford F-150. Both were pronounced dead at the scene of the collision.
The white truck’s driver sustained serious injuries. He or she was taken to Community Regional Medical Center, for treatment. Authorities place the driver under arrest for DUI.
The driver of the SUV suffered minor injuries.
