Central Valley Wrongful Death Lawyer John Rozier has the following report: On Monday, December 14, 2015, a multi-vehicle collision caused by an alleged drunk driver, killed two victims in Fresno County. The 3-car accident took place east of Selma, on Rose and Academy avenues, at around 1:30 PM.
A red Ford F-150 was traveling eastbound on Rose Avenue. A white Ford F-250 pickup ran a stop sign at the intersection of Rose and Academy while driving south on Academy.
The white Ford T-boned the other truck, and then smashed into a silver Chevrolet Traverse that had stopped at the sign. The red Ford overturned and then caught fire and was soon engulfed.
Two male victims in their 30’s were in the red Ford F-150. They were pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the white Ford truck, who was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence, susstained serious injuries. He was taken to Community Regional Medical Center for treatment.
The driver of the Chevy Sport Utility Vehicle suffered minor injuries in the incident.
