Visalia Elderly Maltreatment Attorney John Rozier has the following report; On Wednesday , September 24, 2014, one man was killed in an auto accident in Stanislaus County.  The multi-car collision occurred southwest of Ceres, at about 5:40 AM.

Luis Vallecillo-Aguilar, of Empire, was driving a dark red GMC pickup truck, headed west on Grayson Road.  At the same time Daniel Florez, of Modesto, was traveling south on Vivian Road, in a silver Acura.

At the intersection of Vivian and Grayson roads, Florez drove through the marked stop sign.  The Acura broadsided the GMC truck, and the pickup spun out into the eastbound lanes.  In the oncoming lanes a yellow Chevy pickup truck, driven by Homero Pimentel, of Patterson, hit the GMC on the driver’s side.

The Chevrolet caught fire and the Acura came to rest in a field.

Vallecillo-Aguilar was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.

Pimental sustained serious injuries, including burns, and was airlifted to UC Davis Medical Center, in Sacramento.  Florez was also hurt and taken to Doctors Medical Center in Modesto for treatment.
