Mr. Rozier is a native of Fresno, California, who received both his Bachelor of Science degree and Law degree from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.
Since joining the California Bar in 1982, Mr. Rozier has concentrated his practice in the area of insurance defense, environmental law, agricultural claims, and plaintiff's personal injury, premises liability and defective products. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
His current civic involvements include�serving as a member of the Visalia Unified School District Facilities Advisory Committee.
