Mr. Rozier is a native of the Central Valley, having been born and raised in Fresno, California. After completing law school, he began living in Visalia, California in 1984, where he has lived and practiced law ever since.

Mr. Rozier specializes in personal injury law with a focus on major injury accidents. He also practices in insurance defense. He is admitted to practice before California and Federal Courts, including the United States Supreme Court. He has extensive experience as a litigator, having conducted over 50 civil jury trials.

Mr. Rozier is active in the community and has served in various leadership roles in his church and local charitable organizations. Mr. Rozier is married with three children
